Creamy Salsa Pinwheels

DSC_4084
Growing up, these creamy pinwheels were one of my favorite things that my Mom made. I modified them a bit and took them to a staff meeting this week where everyone brought a dish to pass. They're a real crowd pleaser and great for this busy time of year because you can make them the the night before and just cut them up before serving.

  2. I have a recipe from my mom that is very similar. I never thought of putting black olives in though, that sounds like a great addition.
